1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Snooker Scorer app (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of these Terms and ourPrivacy Policy.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App
  • Use the App for any illegal, unauthorized, or harmful purpose
  • Sell, rent, sublicense, or distribute the App to third parties
  • Access the App through automated means or data scraping
  • Remove or obscure any copyright or proprietary notices

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation: Certain features require creating an account using an email and password or third-party login. You agree to provide accurate and current information.

3.2 Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at ut.mehrotra@gmail.com.

4. User Content

The App may allow you to upload or generate content such as match scores, statistics, and profile information (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you:

  • Grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your content for app functionality
  • Represent that you own or have rights to submit the content
  • Agree not to upload false, harmful, or infringing material

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to engage in any activity that:

  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations
  • Harms or exploits minors in any way
  • Disrupts the performance or integrity of the App
  • Attempts to gain unauthorized access to our servers or systems
  • Uses the App for harassment, spamming, or abusive behavior

6. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The App uses Google Ads and Firebase Analytics to deliver advertising and monitor usage. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in ourPrivacy Policy. You may opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings or by visitingGoogle Ads Settings.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App and its content (excluding User Content) are owned by or licensed to us. “Snooker Scorer” and associated logos are trademarks of the developer. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive or illegal activity. You may terminate your account by deleting it or uninstalling the App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App. We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use the App.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of theState of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Colorado, USA.

12. International Use and GDPR Compliance

The App is accessible globally. If you are located in the EU, UK, or EEA, your data rights under the GDPR apply. By using the App, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data outside your country as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated in-app or via email. Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
